Clipper Kids and Crew is designed to recreate summer the way we all remember. Clipper is a summer playground program. It offers a playground, sports court, craft area, a field and baseball diamond. Grill and Chill - Grill and Chill full summer
Grill and Chill is a weekly hangout for youth entering grades 6+ at Perkin's Park. There is a $10 Drop-In fee per night that includes burgers, hot dog, snacks and drinks. You can pay in advance for all weeks here for $75 for the entire summer. Participants can hang out with friends and staff as well as get involved with the weekly activities if they choose. Some activities require pre-registrations to cover the cost of supplies and to make sure we have enough! There are also games, sports and more to explore at Grill and Chill.June 29th - Summer OlympicsEnjoy races, a long jump competition, hula hoop and jump rope competition as well as the classic game of HORSE. Bask in your victories with hot dogs, burgers and drinks. July 6th - Red, White & Blue PartyWear your best 4th of July get up and get ready to party. We will have music, tie dye and a 3 legged race!July 13th - Artist by NatureEnjoy the summer sun and make art with the world around you! press plants and flowers or make land art. If getting dirty isn't your thing we will have water paints and coloring activities.July 20th - CarnivalNothing screams summer fun quite like a carnival! Popcorn and balloon animals. Don't forget classic games like tic-tac-toe and knock over the cans. July 27th - American Ninja WarriorTest your skills and compete to be Newburyports next Ninja Warrior. Compete in an obstacle course that involves racing through the field, jumping through hoops, dodging balls, leaping across divides and capturing a flag to win. Continue to show off your strength with a monkey bar hang competition, a tic-tac-toe race and a game of Simon says.August 3rd - Creator ClashKeep it chill this summer and flex your creative muscles at this weeks Grill and Chill. Spend time making bracelets, wind-chimes and decorating bandannas. Round the day out with a photo scavenger hunt.August 10th - Sports Team DayRep your favorite team! Show off your spirit and compete in a game of kickball or freeze tag. Will you win it all for your team or will you crack under pressure in the egg carrying race?August 17th - Classic Yard GamesGet ready for a real backyard BBQ! Cool off from the August heat with water balloons. Chill out with your buds and play a few rounds or corn hole or giant Jenga.

Clipper Kids and Crew - Clipper Kids Session 3
Clipper Kids and Crew is designed to recreate summer the way we all remember. Clipper is a summer playground program. It offers a playground, sports court, craft area, a field and baseball diamond. NBPT Rec Staff are there to plan activities, events and keep the days fun and exciting! Grill and Chill - Artist By Nature @ Grill and Chill
Grill and Chill is a weekly hangout for youth entering grades 6+ at Perkin's Park. There is a $10 Drop-In fee per night that includes burgers, hot dog, snacks and drinks. You can pay in advance for all weeks here for $75 for the entire summer. Participants can hang out with friends and staff as well as get involved with the weekly activities if they choose. Some activities require pre-registrations to cover the cost of supplies and to make sure we have enough! There are also games, sports and more to explore at Grill and Chill.June 29th - Summer OlympicsEnjoy races, a long jump competition, hula hoop and jump rope competition as well as the classic game of HORSE. Bask in your victories with hot dogs, burgers and drinks. July 6th - Red, White & Blue PartyWear your best 4th of July get up and get ready to party. We will have music, tie dye and a 3 legged race!July 13th - Artist by NatureEnjoy the summer sun and make art with the world around you! press plants and flowers or make land art. If getting dirty isn't your thing we will have water paints and coloring activities.July 20th - CarnivalNothing screams summer fun quite like a carnival! Popcorn and balloon animals. Don't forget classic games like tic-tac-toe and knock over the cans. July 27th - American Ninja WarriorTest your skills and compete to be Newburyports next Ninja Warrior. Compete in an obstacle course that involves racing through the field, jumping through hoops, dodging balls, leaping across divides and capturing a flag to win. Continue to show off your strength with a monkey bar hang competition, a tic-tac-toe race and a game of Simon says.August 3rd - Creator ClashKeep it chill this summer and flex your creative muscles at this weeks Grill and Chill. Spend time making bracelets, wind-chimes and decorating bandannas. Round the day out with a photo scavenger hunt.August 10th - Sports Team DayRep your favorite team! Show off your spirit and compete in a game of kickball or freeze tag. Will you win it all for your team or will you crack under pressure in the egg carrying race?August 17th - Classic Yard GamesGet ready for a real backyard BBQ! Cool off from the August heat with water balloons. Chill out with your buds and play a few rounds or corn hole or giant Jenga.
