Fall Harvest Cooking
This fall session will have you stirring up delicious fruit-based treats, savory soups, harvest salads and scrumptious quick breads, all while learning good cooking techniques. In this class, enjoy skill building as you prepare recipes cooperatively in small groups.

Holiday Baking
Get ready to bake a variety of mouthwatering items during this late fall session. We'll be making pie, cake, cookies and scones that are sure to be enjoyed by family and friends. Learn some preparation skills that good cooks know and have some fun.

Fran Kaplan is a professional foods and nutrition educator and Occupational therapist who has worked with youth for decades. She holds dual degrees of M.Ed and M.S. OTR/L
