Let's Get Cooking!

If you are looking for a fun way to learn some cooking skills, this course is for you.
In the four weekly sessions, we will prepare tasty snacks to your lunch
, breakfast muffins, main non meat dish and a dessert fruit pastry.
Come and learn kitchen skills, safety, measurement, following a recipe and nutrition basics.
This class fosters a cooperative and supportive environment for peer interaction.

Fran is a former public-school teacher of Consumer and Family studies who greatly
Enjoys introducing students to develop both a love for food preparation and to
enhance their curiosity for nutrition.

Please note that the second week of Session 2 falls on Veterans day so for that week only the program will run on Wednesday Nov. 12th instead of Tuesday.
