During the morning program we will be establishing a morning workout routine that will keep the kids moving and having fun. We will focus on 4 of the 5 components of physical fitness which are flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and my favorite, cardiorespiratory endurance. The program will have plenty of opportunities for your child to improve on the areas of fitness while tracing their progress. I look forward to working out with you in the morning!
