Glass Art Program • Register • View Cart •

Join NYS and North Shore Glass School for a glass fusion program! Students are taught to craft with a unique and fascinating material--glass. We'll make wearable glass pendants, small bowls, picture frames, or suncatchers depending on the workshop you choose. Students will be taught through demonstrations and hands-on instruction about different methods for cutting, working with and arranging glass. They’ll learn about color, composition, different types of glass, and the firing process to further their understanding of glass working. Once they create their pieces, we take their art back to our studio to fire them in our kilns to be delivered to students upon completion. This class requires no prior experience and is ideal for students who are curious about art and love working with their hands.
 
All safety materials and instruction are included, and there is no fire, heat, or open flame during the workshop--it's not necessary for glass fusing!
