4th and 5th Grade Strength Training

This is a 6 week program for 4th and 5th grade students interested in learning the basics of strength training, including agility, plyometrics ,and weight training. We will focus on proper form and movement pattern, understanding major muscle groups and how they operate, and how to safely progress to weight loading activities such as squatting and pressing all while having fun.
