Adult Run Club: Couch to 5K to Elite Level

Join all levels of runners to get together and stay accountable. We will be training for the HInes Flag Day 5k in June. All Levels welcome. We will meet together at the Bresnahan and will run around the neighborhoods and schools. We will build. a base level to be able to jog/run for 30 minutes. This will be great motivation to start your healthy goals for 2024. Lets build your vision and running endurance up!
