Join Coach Valli at the Bresnahan after-school for some running! We will gradually and safely build up to longer running distances while having fun in a welcoming and supportive environment. Everyone will learn the fundamentals of running while setting goals for both the club and themselves. Each participant will receive a Running Club t-shirt before the end of the program. We will be preparing for the Derek Hines Flag Day 5K(optional)!
