“Cookies, Mac & Cheese and Pizza- oh my!”
Sweet and Savory Baking with Nadine Holohan
Students will make “Kid favorites” Mac & Cheese, Cookies, Bakery Pizza, etc. They will take samples home each day. On the last day students will have a meal and bring home lots of goodies!
Students will learn and practice baking, roasting and oven techniques. Along with prep, measuring, time management. sanitation, etc. They will create new and exciting baked dishes both sweet and savory. This clinic is perfect for the budding baker. All nut free recipes- ***The kitchen is not a Gluten Free facility, Other classes using gluten flours are used throughout the whole year.
The clinic is taught by Nadine Holohan M.Ed- Culinary based Nutrition teacher and owner and operator of Hope & Confetti Confections (Home economics extraordinaire ~ Baking classes, Birthday parties and so much more.).
