Gluten Free Baking
Finding good gluten free baked goods or a trustworthy recipe can be a challenge. Products have gotten better but still need some tweaking. Instructor Nadine has been gluten free for years and has worked on numerous versions of yummy food without gluten, both by substituting grains and making food that is grain free. She wants to just bake. GF for fun with others who are GF!!!! Along with prep, measuring, time management. sanitation, etc. you will create new and exciting baked dishes both sweet and savory. ***The kitchen is not a Gluten Free facility, Other classes using gluten fours are used throughout the whole year.

Sweet and Savory Baking (Birthday Theme)
The theme is Birthday Week. Students will be creating favorite birthday foods. Students will vote on some of the recipes we make. The week will conclude with a large birthday party for students and families.
Students will learn and practice baking, roasting and oven techniques. Along with prep, measuring, time management. sanitation, etc. you will create new and exciting baked dishes both sweet and savory. From muffins, pizza to baked Mac & cheese, this clinic is perfect for the budding baker. Nut free recipes- ***The kitchen is not a Gluten Free facility, Other classes using gluten fours are used throughout the whole year.

Pastry Arts
The theme this week is all about creating a bakery! Students will create foods found in popular bakeries. Students will vote on some of the recipes we make. The week will conclude with the students inviting their families to their running bakery. The week will conclude with a tasting party for families.
Come whip up sweet based concoctions from crème puffs to cake pops. This clinic will delight the pastry artist in training. Along with prep, measuring, time management. sanitation, etc. you will make a variety of doughs. ***The kitchen is not a Gluten Free facility, Other classes using gluten fours are used throughout the whole year.
