Join together with Meg Leighton, from Awake Minds Yoga, and like-minded teens to explore mindfulness tools including affirmations, games, mindfulness meditations, movement, and discussions in creating the life you dream. Each session will include a hands-on project, as well, including vision boards, journaling, or art. All levels and abilities are welcome.
