Pickleball
Learn to play
This lesson is for anyone who is looking to learn the fastest growing sport in the US, pickleball. No prior experience or any sports background necessary. We will cover pickleball introduction, some drills for building hand/eye hand coordination, learn the rules, the do’s and dont's at the NVZ, serve and returns, the score system and playing the game.

Coached play(Green/Yellow)
The first 30 min of this session starts with drills appropriate for the level and then moves into play with coach feedback. This is a great chance to apply what you learned during the drills and receive instant coaching!

Mastering the Target
Improve your game by mastering shot’s target or placement. The whole hour focuses on hitting various targets on the court that can be applied during a game.  There will be no games played during this 1 hour lesson. Any skill level is welcome.

Backhand and drops
This lesson is an hour drill focusing backhand development and drops from the transition and the baseline. There will be no games played during this 1 hour lesson. Any skill level is welcome.
