Come join Childcare Light Certified Yoga Instructor and Licensed Physical Therapist, Jillian Grelle for our NEW Children's Yoga and Movement program! We will practice poses together in weekly theme based fun. Activities include mindful-inspired books, yoga crafts, yoga and movement games. The goal of this class is to build both inner and outer strength and balance.

Program runs on Tuesdays (Not Thursdays)
