Join our Sports and Rec program at Cashman Park. This program is for youth entering 5th through 7th grade and is located at the Cashman Softball Field. Each day will be filled with different sports pickup games and crafts with staff their to guide and help facilitate the activities. This is a drop-in program. Weekly registration is available.
Young people are encouraged to sign up with friends! It is up to each family to set expectations on when children can come and go.
Rain Day Note
This program does not have an indoor option for rainy days.
Child/Caretaker Independence Tool
We have created an agreement as a tool for children and their parent/caregiver to talk through and agree on expectations around independence, freedom, and safety while participating in the Sports & Recreation Playground Program at Cashman Park. It is meant to support growing responsibility, trust, and clear communication. Our staff will be onsite and will have a record of who is allowed to sign themselves out of the program. This form is NOT for program staff to have or enforce. See Forms Below
